VP of Business Development
As our VP of Business Development, Stephanie works to identify and build long-term relationships with clients who can benefit from our customer care and business process outsourcing. She realized a passion for Customer Experience when starting her career at Macy’s almost 15 years ago and has been dedicated to driving customer success and a customer-first culture ever since. She is involved in all new client development and runs the sales process for Callzilla.
Most recently, prior to joining Callzilla in 2022, Stephanie was the Director of Customer Experience for Pandora Jewelry, Americas. She was responsible for creating and managing the overall Customer Experience strategy as well as overseeing several internal and outsourced customer care teams. Stephanie brings her Customer Experience skills and knowledge to Callzilla along with her outgoing and fun-loving personality.
