Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive HR experience in the BPO sector
  • Deep knowledge of BPO operations and specific challenges
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
