Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of executive HR experience in the BPO sector
- Deep knowledge of BPO operations and specific challenges
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
