Laura Cuevas is our coach, guide, talent spotter, and performance analyzer. In managing Callzilla's human resources, Laura finds and keeps Callzilla's top talent by continuously improving search techniques, company culture, employee relations, and HR practices.

She's well equipped for the job, having earned a master's degree in human resources management and organizational coaching, and having built up experience at several other companies before joining Callzilla in 2017.

We rely on her ability to analyze and evaluate current performance, recognize potential, and motivate people to achieve more. She also plans activities that stimulate the professional and personal development of team members and employees. If a personnel problem crops up, Laura is the person we rely on to figure out the cause and develop a solution.
