Quality Systems & Integrations

Sandra Milena Peña Valenzuela is Callzilla’s chief of Quality Systems and Integrated Management. She brings over a decade of experience to the role, including service as Director of Strategic Management and Quality, Quality Coordinator and Consultant and Director of Logistics for companies such as Alliance Integral Health, Althviz Consultants, and Essential Generic, among others.

Sandra has completed a range of courses related to contact center quality and strategic planning, including:

  • Internal Auditor ISO 9001: 2008 (Bureau Veritas)
  • Professional Coach (ADEN Business School)
  • Diploma in E – Business and Business Psychology (Corporación Unificada Nacional de Educación Superior, CUN) and
  • Program Balanced Scorecard (ADEN Business School)
