Ramiro has over 15 years of experience managing teams in different BPO sectors, such as Collections, Sales, Retention, Tech Support, and Customer Service. Before joining Callzilla, Ramiro worked as the Senior Operations Director at Teleperformance in Colombia and also at Teleperformance Argentina, on multiple accounts in different industries.
He holds a Master’s degree In Marketing and Innovation Management from Edith Cowan University, and a Postgraduate degree in Management Development, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Economics from ESEADE Economics and Business Administration School.
