Callzilla's technology manager, Omar, has worked with us since 2006 , is an electronics engineer from ECCI (Colombian School of Industrial Carriers) ; has several certifications focused on providing IT services: ITIL V3 (IT best practices); SGS ISO 20000 (Service Management System), ISO27001 ISMS (System Management Information Security) his goal within the organization is to ensure that the services of technological information generates value to the company with high levels of availability, quality and safety.
