Luis has held several roles in Sales, Account Management and Operations for companies such as Sitel, Xerox BPO, IBM and Ricoh, leading groups from 2 to 1500+ team members. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State University, as well as course work toward Master in Education.
