Juan Carlos is a specialist in Network Systems from Devry University (Canada), with more than 20 years of experience working as a bilingual Technology Manager, CIO and Technology Architect in private enterprises, multinational BPOs, groups of enterprises and government agencies. He has been responsible for many design projects, configurations, and support in the production of technological platforms with cloud-supported services. These involve a deep knowledge of MS Azure and LAN/WAN-type infrastructures, and has also managed projects involving the configuration and administration of Microsoft, AVAYA, CISCO, and Linux platforms.
