As Director of Operations, Ademir Perea works to execute the vision for the operation, ensuring the programs under his wing meet customer, client and organization expectations. He is continually engaged in leading and inspiring his team, including developing and following through with best practices.
Together with his team, he is responsible for ensuring a high quality customer experience by exceeding KPIs through the different contact channels (voice, mail, chat, etc.).
Ademir is a bilingual social communicator, with extensive knowledge in contact center operations management, and design of strategies to impact profitability and business productivity.
Before joining Callzilla, Ademir was the Director of Customer Service for a leading multifamily housing management company. He was responsible for Developing and implementing customer service strategies, technological developments, customer loyalty, reception, and quality monitoring for clients in the United States.
